We have a cycle of three warm days followed by four cold ones in Japan since mid November. While I regretted that I missed the chance to see the colorful autumn leaves this fall, a small cherry tree with yellow leaves got into my eye when I was waiting for the bus to go to see the doctor. Leaves of cherry trees are usually out-of-favor, although they possess a pleasing flavor, they get a lot of worm holes. But this small tree is exceptionally unharmed. I luckily took this picture getting the timing right between the gentle rains.
